Refund Policy

This policy is a template and should be reviewed by CCX before launch. Digital license products are sensitive to refund abuse, so the default terms are strict.

Digital goods

Licenses are digital and are delivered instantly. Because access cannot be returned once a key is redeemed, all sales are generally final.

When a refund may apply

We may issue a refund if a product is non-functional at the time of purchase, was charged in error, or was never delivered, provided the license has not been activated. Requests must be made within a reasonable window of purchase.

When a refund does not apply

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, an account ban caused by misuse, a temporary detection event, or after a license has been activated or its HWID reset.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in immediate license revocation and an account ban. Please reach out on Discord first so we can help.
