This policy is a template and should be reviewed by CCX before launch. It explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details (username and optional email), license and activation data (including a hardware identifier used to bind your license), and payment metadata from our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

How we use it

To operate your account, deliver and verify licenses, prevent abuse and license sharing, provide support, and process payments. Your session is stored in a secure, httpOnly cookie.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service (licensing backend and payment processor) and where required by law. We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep account and license records while your account is active and as needed for record-keeping and fraud prevention. You can request account deletion via Discord.

Your choices

You can update your account details and manage two-factor authentication from your dashboard. Contact us on Discord for data requests.
